Treasury governance and risk, checked every day.
Liquidity, credit, market and instruments: turn your treasury policy into rules that run on your real portfolio and cash. Every morning, you know what is compliant and what is out of line.
Your policy leaves the PDF and runs on the data.
Rules in sentences, not code
Liquidity, credit, market and instruments: you build each rule by picking from lists and only type the numbers. A preview on real data shows the result before you save.
Compliance measured, not declared
Every rule is evaluated on live positions confirmed by the bank, with measured value, limit and excess in reais. A daily history shows how many days it stayed within.
The warning comes before the audit
A breach or warning shows up the day it happens, with the positions behind it. Exceptions are recorded with a reason and evidence.
From the written policy to the evaluated portfolio.
In three steps, no tracking spreadsheet
1. Build the rule in one sentence
Choose the rule type (concentration by institution, allocation by rating, maximum maturity, idle cash, permitted instruments) and complete the sentence: “for all companies, at most 30% of the portfolio maturing beyond 180 days”.

2. See the preview before saving
The rule runs on the current portfolio and shows the status it would start with. Set the severity (breach or warning) and the documented exceptions.

3. Track compliance day by day
All rules are re-evaluated with the day's positions: how many pass, which ones broke and what changed since yesterday. Alerts arrive by email and show up in the Overview widgets.

Every rule with measured value, limit and evidence.
Liquidity, credit, market and instruments: your whole policy on one dashboard, with the calculation in the open.
Compliance today, in one number
Share of rules within policy, how many are in breach, warning or missing data, and the 90-day trend. What changed since the last evaluation is highlighted.

A ready-to-use rule catalog
More than fifteen rule types: maximum maturity, idle cash, minimum reserve coverage, concentration by institution, allocation by rating band, index, currencies, derivatives, private credit in funds and limit by asset type.

Curated rating per institution
Datanomik curates each bank's rating (Fitch, Moody's and S&P, national scale) so credit rules know which band each institution falls into. It also warns you when a rating is about to expire.

From limit to position
Open any rule and see the distribution behind the result, the positions involved and the calculation: base, numerator, measured universe and coverage. Record exceptions with a reason.

History that becomes evidence
One bar per day for each policy, like a status page: compliant days, days out of line and by how much. Export the policy as a PDF for the committee, board or auditors.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Governance module evaluate?
The group's investment portfolio and cash against your policy rules: liquidity (maturity, idle cash, minimum reserve per company), credit (concentration by bank, rating band), market (index, currency, derivatives, minimum return as % of CDI) and permitted instruments.
Do I need to code the rules?
No. Each rule is a sentence built from lists: scope (all companies or one company type), operator (at most or at least), percentage, base (portfolio or cash) and criterion. You only type numbers and see the preview on real data before saving.
Where does the data come from?
From investment positions and balances connected through bank APIs and confirmed by the bank, and from fund registrations at ANBIMA/CVM. The platform shows data quality (companies with a type, institutions with a rating, known index and liquidity) so you know each rule's coverage.
What happens when a rule is breached?
It changes status (warning or breach, according to the severity you set), shows up on the Governance dashboard and in the Overview widgets, and triggers an email alert. You can record an exception with a reason, which is kept in the rule's evidence.
Can I have more than one policy?
Yes. Policies for the whole group, per company or per company type (holding, SPV, operating), each with its own version, status (draft or published) and compliance history. The platform also offers a ready-made reference policy to get started.
Does the platform block transactions outside the policy?
No. Datanomik is a visibility and control layer, not an execution layer: it measures and flags, and the decision stays with treasury. The PDF export and daily history make committees, audits and board conversations easier.
