Policy, covenants and concentration checked before they become a problem.

The CFO's day, without asking anyone for a report.

From the 8 a.m. number to the board pack

1. 8 a.m.: the number of the day

The group's consolidated position, what came in, went out and earned since yesterday, and where the money is. Before the first meeting.

1. 8 a.m.: the number of the day

2. During the day: only the exceptions

A policy rule breached, a covenant on watch, an account below its minimum. It reaches you by email, with the number and the reason.

3. Month-end: the board pack

The executive report goes out on its own on the 1st, in PDF and Excel, with the same numbers you saw on the dashboard.

Your dashboard, your way

Dashboards by theme, such as CFO View, Risk and Portfolio, with the widgets you choose: position, efficiency, policy compliance and debt.

Cash efficiency

How much of your cash earns at least 100% of CDI and how much sits idle, day by day, so you know whether the money is working.

Forecast vs. budget

The projected balance month by month within the budget range. Any month that falls outside the range shows up with the reason, months in advance.

Risk and compliance

Investment policy compliance, exposure by rating and debt covenants in a single view.

Board reports

The month's Executive Financial Position, from opening to closing balance, in PDF or Excel and scheduled by email to whoever needs it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a team to maintain the dashboard?

No. Balances and transactions arrive through the bank connections and the dashboard updates itself. Your team sets up the widgets and rules once.

Can I have different dashboards for each meeting?

Yes. Create dashboards by theme, such as CFO View, Risk or Portfolio, and choose the widgets for each one. Everyone on the team can have their own.

Do the dashboard numbers match the reports?

Yes. The dashboard and the reports use the same data, so the number you see in the morning is the same one that goes into the board pack.

Does it work with dozens of companies and SPVs?

Yes. The position consolidates every company, account and bank in the group, and you filter by company, bank or grouping whenever you need.

How long until I see the consolidated position?

As soon as the banks are connected, through Open Finance and the institutions' official APIs. The Datanomik team supports the implementation with you.

Does Datanomik make investments or payments for the group?

No. Datanomik shows and measures cash, portfolio and debt. Transactions are still made at the group's banks or through partners authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil.
