Frequently asked questions

How often are balances updated?

Balances are read several times a day directly from the banks, and each account shows the time of its last reading. You know exactly how current the number you're looking at is.

Can I set different limits per account and per company?

Yes. Each account can have a minimum and a maximum, and you can also set limits by company, SPV or account grouping.

Does Datanomik make transfers?

Yes, between the group's own accounts, through cash pooling rules with approval. Payments to suppliers and third parties are still made at your bank.

What if a bank doesn't update?

The account is flagged as not read, with the time of the last balance, and you get an alert. Datanomik retries and lets you know if any action is needed on your side.

Can I see cash by company or by SPV?

Yes. The position can be viewed by company, SPV, bank or account grouping, and limits follow the same structure.

Do I still need to open internet banking to check?

Not to track balances and transactions. Everything arrives through the bank connections. Internet banking is still used for payments and third-party transactions.
